Join the fun and make a difference! The Chappaquiddick Beach Club is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director for Camp CBC, our summer day camp. Camp CBC runs Monday – Friday, 10am -2pm from June 29th to August 21^st. If you are engaging and creative, with a passion for working with children, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute engaging activities for children aged 3.5 to 7 years old.
• Foster a positive and inclusive camp environment.
• Lead a team of enthusiastic camp counselors.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all campers.

Qualifications:

• Education background or previous camp director experience preferred.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Enthusiastic and creative approach to camp programming.
• Ability to create a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
• Experience working with children aged 3.5 to 7 years old.
• Familiarity with first aid procedures and emergency protocols.
